Event: Orgelfest16 | Katelyn Emerson

American organist Katelyn Emerson performs throughout the United States and Europe, showcasing repertoire spanning from the 14th-21st centuries and giving “superlative performance with musical precision” (Worcester Chapter, American Guild of Organists [AGO]). As a recipient of a J. William Fulbright Study/Research Grant, Katelyn is studying organ, harpsichord, fortepiano, and continuo at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional in Toulouse, France for the 2015-2016 academic year. In September 2016, Ms. Emerson will join the staff of the Church of the Advent in Boston as Associate Organist and Choirmaster. Pre-concert Kotzschmar Konversation at 6:30pm in Merrill Auditorium’s Rehearsal Room. Concert at 7:30pm.
