The headquarters of the 2008 ATOS Annual Convention will be in the lovely, downtown Hyatt Regency Hotel, with its 20-story atrium and ideal location in the heart of the city. 

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each ATOS member. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FOR ANY OF OUR MEMBERS REGISTERING FOR THE INDIANAPOLIS CONVENTION, WE ARE GETTING REPORTS THAT MANY ARE FINDING OUT THAT THE HYATT HOTEL IS OUT OF ROOMS FOR THE CONVENTION.  THIS IS INCORRECT INFORMATION.

ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE.  WE SUGGEST YOU WAIT 12-24 HOURS AND TRY AGAIN.  AND PLEASE NOTIFY CONVENTION CHAIR TIM NEEDLER OF ANY DIFFICULTY.  THIS IS INFORMATION HE WILL NEED TO KNOW.  HE CAN BE REACHED AT TNEEDLER@NEEDLERSALES.COM

A deposit of first night's room and tax for each room must accompany the request (check, money order or credit card) in order to guarantee the reservation. All deposits are fully refundable if the room is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date. Room rate dose not include 15% tax.

To guarantee convention rates, reservations must be received by June 1, 2008.
