A true Story CHICAGO is the first Film made of Roxie Hart's drama. Featuring PHYLLIS HAVER as Roxie, and Victor Varconi as her handsome husband, this 2010 Re-mastered version was created by Jeffery Masino and David Shepard of Film Preservation Associates, Inc from an original nitrate print found in Cecil B DeMilile's personal library and created a "brand new" image for the Forum's big screen. .
